Indulge in a feast with our authentic sugar shack brunch, featuring a delicious spread of traditional dishes including scrambled eggs, ham, bacon, sausage, pancakes, french toast, hash browns, baked beans, meat pie, homemade bread, hearty pea soup, and freshly made desserts and baking as well as juice, coffee and tea
Step into our sugar shack, where tradition meets sustainability - built in 2021 using lumber beams sourced and milled on our property, we will tap 2,000 trees. Just over 200 buckets and 1,800 taps on a high vacuum pipeline to collect approximately 200,000 litres of sap each season, hopefully, producing 5,000 litres of premium syrup, most of which is used in our restaurant and also available for purchase in a variety of bottle sizes.

1 hr brunch seating, horse drawn wagon rides, walking trails, taffy in the snow, basics of syrup, shack tour, firepits, outdoor seating & games, indigenous boiling demonstration & winter activities (weather permitting).
